Playground Franckepark

The location of the playground on the edge of the Francke Park garden monument requires a special planning approach. The diverse wishes that were developed with children during the participation process were carefully reconciled with the concerns of the listed building. The diverse climbing structure made of hardwood is limited to a maximum height of 2.5 meters in order to preserve the character of the park. The paths and borders in the sand play area were designed with high-quality natural stone materials. Low shrub planting provides a good overview of the play areas and at the same time allows beautiful lines of sight into the park.
