Located in Berlin-Köpenick a circular path was created around the central playground as a tricycle course made from materials such as paving stones and lawn bricks, complemented by small plazas. Plinth walls, rowan trunks, and boulders now form a varied play landscape. A climbing course, a football pitch, a double swing, an amphitheater, a wooden pavilion, and a play roof were added. Robust shrubbery areas serve as visual and noise barriers. The play hill with amphitheater is surrounded by willows, which are also used as part of the play landscape. Existing trees were integrated, and small seating niches invite to linger. The goal was to create a naturalistic movement landscape tailored to the needs and developmental stages of children. In the second construction phase, among other things, the Bobby-Car track with clay-rich ground was redesigned, knee-high wooden fences were installed, a hopping area was added in the paving section, new trees and shrubs were planted, and various wooden seating pedestals were constructed.
